Metairie Mold Damage Remediation Needs Widespread Cleanup

This Metairie home needed extensive mold damage remediation after an air conditioner leaked and caused water and mold damage in the bathroom, a utility closet, and included the entryway. SERVPRO technicians needed to remove sheetrock, baseboards, and the wooden floorboards as they showed signs of mold growth from longtime exposure to the A/C leak. The technicians dried and treated the opened wall cavities and the subfloor. Once the techs opened the closet area under the leaking A/C, they found that the mold growth spread under the HVAC and hot water tank. As seen in the After Photo, there are no signs of any water loss or damage from mold.
