Slidell Commercial Fire Damage Gets Cleanup From SERVPRO

When a Slidell apartment building underwent a fire caused by a stove, there was a combination of restoration challenges from the resulting commercial fire damage. Heavy soot deposits, strong smoke odor, and ruined building materials were all present for the technicians to handle. The sofa and chairs got moved to another area for inspection to determine their potential for restoration through cleaning. The electronics required removal as a loss. The technicians also needed to perform controlled demolition on the sheetrock throughout the loss area and remove the carpet. Once they completed the demo, they used odor control methods and cleaned the framework to ready it for repairs with no reminders of the fire that happened.
